Lol I LOVE Maybelline products, i think any of there foundations are great.. ive tried all of them expect for the mineral make up but i heard that works good... more expensive brands will work better though!!!

Maybelline's Dream Matte Mouse Foundation or Maybelline Mineral Power Natural Perfecting Foundation. She'll also need a blush and some mascara. An eyeliner would be really good, but not if she's just starting out with makeup. Don't get Covergirl.
What is her skin tone? Light, medium?
Definetly Lorel. Im stuck with acne :// and Neutrogena foundation didnt do much for me. Lorel is baisicly like Mac (if you care). Lorel has a nice selection to with thier HIP products and regular products.
Probably L'Oreal or neutrogena, but MAC isnt much more expensive then that, and it works wonders, and it is all animal cruelty free
