Cosmetic Brands That Do Not Test On Animals,Please?

I am looking into new cosmetics,and would like to know which brands test on animals,and which don't.I know CoverGirl does.But I looked on some lists,and saw some have Maybelline listed for animal testing,and some don't.Please,help!I want something I won't spend much for,and I can buy at Giant or Wal-Mart.Thank you so much for your help!Cosmetic Brands That Do Not Test On Animals,Please?

and about Maybelline: I think you should play it safe. I mean, they're not the BEST out there anyway. Almay is a favorite of mine.

If a brand doesn't test on animals, it will say something like ';No Animal Testing'; on the back of their packaging so if you're not sure about a brand,just take a peak.
Almay doesn't test on animal and it works really good! ;)
Revlon doesn't. (they're awesome though lol)
